What do you like most?
NAVIS allows us to optimize our most profitable channel through: 1) A lead management system & overflow reservations support that allows us to chase down every revenue opportunity. 2) 24/7 customized client support for each team. Ongoing meetings that help us strategically optimize our business. 3) Ongoing opportunities to provide feedback for development to ensure we have technology and client support that allows NAVIS to grow with our business and vice versa.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One of the strengths that NAVIS provides is a channel to provide feedback and ideas to improve the products. Once identified and shared, would like to see a quicker roadmap for development (I'm sure everyone wants this, and we try to be realistic).
