What do you like most?
The sales pitch was marvelous. The would drive meta search to our website and google links. The fee would only be 15% of realized bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We saw no result from any search attributed to Sojern.Google and other analysis showed our own SẸO work, organic improvement and advertising was effective. Second ưa of course, OTA>. Meanwhile Sojern billed us NOT of rbokings made by their contributions but for 100% of ALL BOOKINGS WE REALISED from all channels direct to our website. Unlike all other promotion and support contracts, this renewed without notification, feedback or customer support contact for three years. The manager who had signed up left. Accounting continued to pay. FIFTEEN PERCENT of all direct bookings from all sources INCLUDING CANCELLED BOOKINGS. On contact, Sojern stil presented an invoice for bookings. The company service was without value, their presentation deceptive and customer support self-serving.
