What do you like most?
The system is comprehensive and the team are very helpful with the setup as well as the implementation and the support. The software is cloud-based so it can be accessed remotely from anywhere with an internet connection and it has a fresh new feel about it. In addition to all this, the support, community and knowledge base is extensive and constantly being refreshed and updated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being a MEWS operator in Malta, I would really like to see the implementation of MEWS POS in Malta as this would give us a comprehensive and central overview of our hotel operation. From what I understand, the service is not yet available in Malta.
