What do you like most?
The team at Diamo has been very accommodating, helping guide us to improve our pricing strategy and distribution across channels for our two hotels. It has been a long process to figure out ideal pricing due to the seasonality and lack of data for our more remote locations, however, the team is always available to help us make adjustments and refine our strategy. The system saves me a lot of time reviewing our positioning and making adjustments on a daily basis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Due to the lack of data in our market (and smaller competitive set), the automatic pricing can sometimes be inconsistent. Diamo is constantly working on improving this.
