The practicality of connecting channels and the wide catalog of connectivity they have. Also the speed to resolve problems is much lower compared to other PMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Expand connectivity options with channels. For example, with Price Travel it has a very special configuration that's complicated to match up with Cloudbeds, everything is via a room ID.
