What do you like most?
I like the simple operation. Check-in, check-out and collecting money can be done quite quickly. The CRM is also a good point because we can store guest details and information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I like to talk with support in the chat, there is a queue waiting show in the system. Even in the chat but I can feel service mind support.
