What do you like most?
Cloudbeds is really intuitive to use. We find that the connections to the channel managers are very robust and update very quickly. We have found a lot of value in their advertising platform and we now drive about 50% of our sales through direct to consumer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have very few complaints but if Google could be broken out and not included in the standard channel manager it would be great. We use Google ads to drive direct to consumer and it gets blocked out when we block the OTAs as well and thus we have to manually shut down each channel.
