What do you like most?
The support service is one of the things I appreciate most. The chat support is very quick when we have questions. I also like the easy-to-use PMS Calendar and the stable channel manager.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile application needs more features. In particular, I would like to receive notifications directly from the app. Having to check email for updates can be inconvenient when managing operations away from the computer.
