What do you like most?
The PMS Calendar is one of the features I use most because it gives a clear overview of our bookings. Split bookings are convenient, and having many different reports available is useful for hotel management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The application does not completely meet our operational needs yet. I would like to see stronger mobile functionality, especially push notifications, so staff can receive important updates without constantly checking email.
