What do you like most?
The PMS calendar is one of my favorite features. It is clean, easy to understand, and gives a good overview of reservations. Split bookings are also very useful, especially when managing room changes or different booking arrangements.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile application could be improved. Notifications do not always appear directly in the app, so I sometimes need to check email to see important updates. A stronger real-time notification system would make it more convenient.
