What do you like most?
We implemented Hotellab revenue management system at Stay Helios, our 14-room property in Faliraki, Rhodes, and the results in the first year spoke for themselves, revenue grew by 34%, ADR increased by €19, and occupancy improved by 10% within the first year. What we appreciate most is how well the system fits our reality as a family-run hotel without a dedicated revenue manager. The automation handles daily pricing, competitor monitoring, and rate adjustments, so we can focus on running the property rather than spending hours on manual market research and price adjustment. The rate shopper gives us instant visibility into what competitors are doing, and the pricing strategies can be calibrated precisely to our seasonality. Once set up correctly, the autopilot works really well, it continuously monitors the market and reacts in line with our goals. The onboarding process was smooth too as the team took the time to understand our strategy and adapted the system accordingly. We have high hopes for Hotellab's RMS and we do highly suggest it as the results speak for themselves.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing we had flagged was the ability to see country of origin statistics within the Business Intelligence module, knowing where our guests come from is important for shaping our marketing activities. This has recently been launched, and it is exactly what we needed. It means we can now target the right markets more precisely and make our marketing much more focused and effective.
