What do you like most?
The new online dashboard is well designed and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and learn independently. It also allows us to be more hands-on with both the technology and the content we display.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Initially, we experienced some challenges getting connected with a project manager, and there were several different team members involved before the project was fully underway. Overall, once we overcame that hurdle, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible throughout the integration process, which I truly appreciated. Special shoutout to Simon Dixon and Suha for their support!
