What do you like most?
CHANNEL PLUS is good for receiving reservation emails, the robot SIM is also pretty good, and the WEBSITE BUILDER is also good (but some aspects need improvement). GDS service is also available.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No Mandarin Chinese service? Thumbs down! Chinese is widely spoken globally, yet such a large supplier doesn't offer it. We need Mandarin-speaking customer service in Australia! We need a phone line where we can directly contact Mandarin-speaking customer service!
