What do you like most?
Working with HMA for the past 10 years on email marketing has been a wonderful experience. The team assigned to our account are all very knowledgeable and were very patient with me as I learned a new industry and the ins and outs of email marketing. They were great at helping me through each campaign, designing great templates, and sharpening processes to make each project a breeze. Their analytics and tools for viewing data are exactly what we needed to make decisions not only about email but also for other marketing tools and targeting for so many projects.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some flexibility in design templates would be appealing. Occasionally we would have a need for something that didn't quite fit our existing templates. Custom designs were always an option but also had time constraints and additional costs.
