What do you like most?
What I particularly appreciate is the highly personalized and individual guest service. Guests are contacted even before arrival to discuss any special requests and personal needs. This ensures everything is perfectly prepared upon arrival, allowing guests to immediately enjoy a relaxing and perfect getaway. Contact continues even after the stay – almost as if the guest were welcomed into a small family. We actively inquire about how the stay could have been made even more enjoyable, enabling us to tailor our next visit to be even more personalized and suitable. Personalized emails, birthday greetings, newsletters with special offers, and individualized communication create a sense of familiarity and appreciation – without being intrusive or spammy. The readily available support whenever needed is also a major plus. Questions or problems are always easily addressed, and concerns are resolved quickly and professionally. This feeling of security and reliability is invaluable for guests. The ability to access guest statistics and analyses is also particularly helpful, including information such as age groups, reasons for travel (vacation, sports, relaxation, etc.), guest types, and booking behavior. This information is very helpful in better planning future strategies and responding more effectively to the wishes of guests.
