What do you like most?
I like how user friendly it is. I like how you can access things in many different ways. I like how all problems are able to be resolved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As of now I think the speed of how the system performs could improve. Instead of kicking me out the system, I wish the error message would tell me how to resolve the issue. The "help" feature can improve because when I click on it, it does not generate anything.
