What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would appreciate a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, especially when managing rates, availability, and restrictions across different booking channels. If Max did not call..I would not know...Improving the visibility of updates and making it easier to identify discrepancies between SiteMinder and the PMS would also help save time and reduce errors.
