What do you like most?
A very clean platform—straightforward to use, in principle—with good reporting. It also features a range of tools that enable better hotel management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have been using the platform for only a short time, and we have needed more personalized training. Although we have used digital material, there is always a need for personal contact.
