What do you like most?
Very knowledgeable informational and respectful every time I call, but this issue needed extra attention. Nancy Holmquist and Aladdin very professional and accommodating with a successful conclusion.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Room Master is very difficult to navigate without support guide. I would like to have a bigger search menu that is intelligent enough to direct the issue when needed.
