What I appreciate most about Little Hotelier is how it brings essential hotel operations into one place. For a small property, having reservations, availability and day-to-day management organised within a single system makes it easier to stay in control without adding unnecessary complexity to the team's workload.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see more flexibility in reporting and rate management, particularly for properties handling seasonal demand and multiple online channels. More detailed performance insights and quicker ways to compare pickup, occupancy and revenue would make everyday commercial decisions even more efficient.
