Cloudbeds makes managing reservations more convenient by combining the PMS and Channel Manager in one system. I can keep track of bookings, monitor check-ins, and view important information from the dashboard.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile app could be more practical for everyday operations. It would be great to have the ability to create new bookings and complete more tasks directly from the app, rather than needing to access the web browser.
