What do you like most?
Autopilot works extremely well and saves time. No problems so far, as everything runs stably without failures. Integration step by step was easy even for a small house. Especially small houses without a revenue manager have a significant advantage here.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Last-minute discounts would be very important. It is possible via CM, but then it is not in the PMS, so in direct sales. That would be a really important improvement!
