What do you like most?
What I like most about Optii is its ability to streamline hotel operations through real-time visibility and intelligent task management. The platform helps improve efficiency, enhances team productivity, and provides valuable insights that support better decision-making. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy for staff to adopt and use effectively.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement I would suggest is enhancing the mobile user experience. When managing team members on shift from a mobile device, the screen can be difficult to navigate and use efficiently. Additionally, when I want to view an inspector's board, I often need to rotate my iPhone to landscape mode to see more information, and even then, I still have to scroll and move the screen around to access everything. Improving the mobile layout and responsiveness for these functions would make the experience much more user-friendly and efficient.
