* Quick response time from tech support *User Friendly, easy to use *Very supportive team from Shelley during the set up
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
*Maybe add a Daily Checklist feature. Also, I suggested to add restriction to hourly access so they are not able to delete a job. But I also know that is something Optii is already working on.

i cant think of anything that could be improved with this product, normally something fails due to lack of customer support however i found this isnt the case with Optii.
