I like option where you can do entire allocation through your device and no need to go often to open PC

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

At some point new update not support some phone. Sometime you can not see who doing rooms sometime you can not see any information at all. Also application crash

Able to speak to some-one straight away. Quite hectec first thing so need a quick response. Always able to chat for help.

As an old school Housekeeper I was unsure how to function without the paper and checklists Optii is easy to learn and work out the best solution. 100% supportive team at optii.

The room link to Opera is not 100%. Slowing the communication down daily.
