What do you like most?
HotelTime is a comprehensive PMS system for managing reservations and hotel operations. We use it together with the Channel Manager and MyStay. We appreciate the versatility of the system and the wide range of features it offers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to have the option to disable or hide features that are not needed by smaller hotels. The mobile interface could also be better adapted for use on smartphones.
