What do you like most?
It is an application that solves many of the day-to-day challenges faced by small hotel operators. It facilitates the creation of itineraries and the management of guest requests in a very professional manner. What stands out the most is the attention, commitment, and willingness of the team to work closely with each property, integrating into the hotel's operations and responding quickly to specific needs. Their adaptability and speed in resolving issues provide significant value. It is a project that is still growing and has enormous potential for further development and improvement. Without a doubt, it is a very promising solution for the hospitality industry.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
During the check-in process, guests are asked to provide their personal details and a credit card. If guests could securely enter their credit card information directly within HH, there would be no need to open the PMS separately to input the card details, making the process more efficient. As we have not been using the platform for a very long time, our experience is still developing. However, one area that could be improved is the dashboard, making access to guest itineraries more intuitive and straightforward.
