What do you like most?
1. Extremely intuitive user interface. 2. Easy integration between other platforms. 3. The package structure is convenient allowing new customers to test the application. at a very low cost before investing on the application. 4. mobile apps that are available on both iOS and Android and web app allows seamless application usage between and device. 5. Integrated engineering preventive maintenance module. 6. Housekeeping room cleaning and module that can be directly integrated with many mainstream PMS applications allowed more streamlined room management functionality for both front office and housekeeping teams. 7. The extremely detailed reporting module allowed report generation using many filters allowed targeted report creation and automation of report generation. Apart from above points i would like to highlight that the support i have received from the team with regards to deployment and function development has been very efficient and prompt allowing a bespoke application to deployed based on each hotel or resort need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Certain functions are limited to one platform (eg, MOD checklists can be only done on mobile devices). if these can be accessible even on web app, it would be a great benefit in certain scenarios.
