What do you like most?
They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They will go that extra step to help you. They answer calls in the evenings, weekends and holidays
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having a direct form allowing guests to update a credit card -- instead of what we have now. Giving guests direct access to make changes to their reservations, including updating a credit card and cancellations (within limits). Making it possible to send OTAs their own reservation confirmation emails
