What do you like most?
good, Ravi was a great help, and dealings with other humans on a prior occasion was excellent. Everything is perfect!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Navigation and resolving problems is not intuitive , we had a discrepancy which we couldn’t resolve on 2 separate occasions. The human assistance from Ravi was very helpful.
