What do you like most?

Smartpricing stands out mainly for its practicality: once set up, it runs on its own and removes much of the burden of manually managing prices. The idea of relying on a system that adjusts rates based on real demand is especially useful for those who don’t have the time or specific revenue management expertise. Overall, the impression is positive: the interface is intuitive and the results, in terms of revenue optimization, can be seen fairly quickly. That said, it’s not a “magic” solution—it's still important to keep an eye on its decisions, and at the beginning it can feel a bit challenging to fully trust the automation. In short, it’s a solid tool for simplifying workflow and making pricing more dynamic, particularly for small to medium-sized properties, but it works best when combined with a bit of human oversight.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

One area that could be improved is **transparency**: it’s not always clear how the system arrives at certain pricing decisions, which can make it harder to fully trust its recommendations—especially at the beginning. Another aspect is **control and customization**. While automation is a strength, some users might want more flexibility to fine-tune strategies or set more detailed rules. Finally, **onboarding and guidance** could be enhanced.
