What do you like most?
AI Sim agent is very helpful, solves most problems quickly and clearly. Nothing more beyond that. Everything else is pretty standard.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improvement areas 1. An MCP connector, so our tools and AI assistants can work with Little Hotelier directly. 2. A date-picker bar on our website, so guests can choose dates straight away instead of just clicking a "Book Now" button. Issues we've had 1. Syncing problems through Channels Plus for Agoda and Trip.com. 2. No feature for collecting security deposits from guests. 3. Inventory updates, such as price and minimum-stay changes, take a while to show on the channels.
