What do you like most?
I can easily keep track of the tasks I have entered and the next steps related to each contact. The upcoming groups and events are easy to keep track of in the calendar.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can’t think of anything like that at the moment. I use it less frequently for group bookings these days, I mainly use it to record information related to individual contacts.
