What we like most about Gastfreund is how easy it makes sharing useful information with our guests. Having everything in one place helps us communicate clearly and gives guests convenient access to what they need during their stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement would be individual logins for each room, connected to our AIDA property management system. We are currently working on this integration to make access more convenient for guests and simplify administration for our team.
