What do you like most?
D3x has been a real game changer for our hotel. Since implementing it, we have increased bookings, reduced guest complaints, generated more reviews and made daily operations much easier for our team. It allows us to provide faster and more consistent service without adding extra workload for our staff. Beyond automating guest messages with AI, the phone call functionality is equally important, if not more. Very few platforms offer this service, and being able to answer every call is essential for a small property like ours. Calls are also transcribed, so our team can review conversations and complete any necessary follow-up. The platform practically pays for itself. Guests can call the hotel, receive an immediate response and complete their booking directly from their mobile phone in just a few clicks. This has helped us increase direct bookings, improve conversion and reduce our dependence on OTAs—something that previously seemed almost unimaginable for a hotel of our size. Before choosing D3x, we compared several solutions on the market, but they were either too expensive or did not support all the channels we needed. D3x brings messaging, calls and other key communication channels together in one platform at a very competitive price.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The product is still evolving, so there are a few details and workflows that could be refined. However, the development team is constantly releasing new features, listening to feedback and improving the platform. The support team is always willing to help, especially Julius, who has been extremely responsive, proactive and supportive throughout the process.
