What do you like most?
We switched to Hotellab RMS this year and the transition was seamless — the integration with our Pylon PMS was quick and hassle-free. ADR has already improved compared to last year and the autopilot feature keeps our pricing competitive automatically without daily manual work. For a beachfront hotel in Crete where demand shifts fast, that makes a real difference. The support team has been great throughout.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still in our first season with Hotellab and are continuing to explore the full depth of the platform. So far the experience has been positive and the system has delivered what we needed from the very start.
