What do you like most?
What I like most about HelloShift is how easy it makes shift handoffs. As a front desk supervisor, I can leave updates about guest requests and maintenance issues in one place, so the next shift knows what’s been handled and what still needs follow-up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’d like an easier way to find older shift notes. Being able to filter by room number or date would help me quickly check what was already done when a guest follows up about an issue from a previous shift.
