What do you like most?
They are quick, efficient, and very friendly to work with. Anytime I have a question, it’s answered the same day. Unlike many reservation systems where getting anything done feels like a long process, they actually answer the phone and take care of issues immediately. Nothing gets pushed along or delayed—they handle it quickly and professionally. On top of that, their reservation system is extremely easy to use and very user- and business-friendly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values responsiveness and customer service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish I had more reasons to call because they’re always a pleasure to speak with. I do wish they were available 24 hours, but they do have an after-hours line for emergencies, which you really can’t beat.
