What do you like most?
The system is very user friendly with opt in add ons that enable you to taylor it to suite your business. They are continually improving and adding extras to enhance your guests experience. freetobook have enabled our little guesthouse to compete effectively against the OTA's. We have tried a few management systems in our 8yrs of ownership and freetobook are by far the best that is out there. They have set a very high bench mark.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I couldn't think of any improvements that freetobook wouldn't/haven't thought of first. They are always improving the system. We feel in very safe hands and are extremely grateful for their hard work and attention to details. We have not felt that a management system was actively working for our benefit before we we found Freetobook.
