What do you like most?
So much simpler than opera!! Ease of use is amazing! Being able to work through overbooking and forecast issues in a very simple and straightforward way proves the strength of the PMS. Also having the backbone of a great support team to answer any questions at all. They are so knowledgeable!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’m sure the program live all eventually. As everything does evolve to make things simpler. The great thing is that I know that this is something that your team is constantly working on which really puts me at ease. Make it simple for the end user!
