What do you like most?
Works on variety of devices. User friendly, there is no complicated functions. It is customizable to our hotel's needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is no option to silence the notifications on one's smartphone while not on duty. Would be nice to have an off-duty button to silence notifications for a period of time. When working on PC, you can't run the program in the background. You can't click on the notification pop-up to open the HelloShift screen. Feature Request: - Ability to silence notifications on smart phone while not on duty - Ability to run program in the background on PC - Ability to click the notification popup to directly link and open the HelloShift screen
