What do you like most?
- user friendly - minimal requirements to efficiently schedule jobs - real time start/ finish times are extremely helpful
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From using the APP and really appreciate the value it now has on the business running day to day cleans smoothly, there are still two features that Would immensely improve the communication and efficiency of using it. - being able to edit jobs without cancelling (hospitality is extremely demanding and especially accommodation where guests change plans all the time, being flexible in my business is an imperative part of a successful service from start to finish ) changes happen all the time and being able to change a time a clean starts or add notes is one of the most important features I believe your APP is lacking. - listing today’s jobs on the calendar first, rather than yesterday’s appearing (you have a history for yesterday and for my buesinnes yesterday is history ( efficiency is another imperative factor for a growing business and being able to focus on today’s jobs rather than viewing yesterday’s and having to scroll down is extremely inefficient)
