What do you like most?
This has made such a great difference to our guest experience. There are a few different players for this and we spent a long time researching which one would be the best fit for us and i am so pleased we are working with Runnr. We went live in November and now we have rolled this out to all our hotels in our portfolio. Onboarding was incredibly straight forward and quick and adding the content to the library is immediate and easy to do. The tone it uses to communicate with the guests is excellent. They said they start from the guest perspective and thats one of the things that sets them apart and it works much better. Super pleased to be working with these guys.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They are adapting and growing and changing really quickly. Integration with Expedia is key for us and they are working on this now!
