What do you like most?
The innovation of their products is nice. I'll try again next year when they get the bugs worked out. Their customer service is much appreciated. I've been with Think Reservations for 8 years now.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Pricing is a little high for automated services such as Messaging. I set messaging up to be sent to guests automatically. It costs me $70 per month/ $10 per month, per room.
