What do you like most?
- Excellent RMS program to capture anyone's needs for owning a business. - Excellent Team Support. - The details of what can be done with the RMS program is top notch and so customizable. - Just ask and they can assist you and if you don't know about it, give them try with a demo and let them reach out to you. It never hurts; it only adds ideas of current needs to anyone with a small or large property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Thinking over what could be improved: This is really hard, since they do so much! I could only recommend an improvement idea, this would to be to create or manage a guest account login for any customer or have an APP for each guest. This would look similar to having a credit card account or bank login. Thank you for taking the time to review.
