What do you like most?
The availability and expertise of technical support. The ability to follow the requests sent to the technical department both on the bot and via email. Andrea really good, in half an hour he showed me how to create/modify and make the rate plans of my hotel more accessible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes it is a bit complex to use all the functions of the extranet. The system could be simplified. But I managed it, and everyone can succeed.
