What do you like most?
HotelKIT puts everyone on one platform and everything is coordinated with one calendar. Apart from that, we can score perfectly in the non-verbal transfer of knowledge. Also we don't want to miss to mention, that HotelKIT cooperates with perfect tools like Horeca-Hero on it's interface, which makes it ideal for our staffs to work with it, even more as of the multi-language-useage! None of our staffs would want to miss it, all of them love it - and we absolutely mean it! Besides that we managed to protocol all procedures and standards which helps us to guarantee our quality and hospitality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The connection Microsoft OUTLOOK, especially the calendar would be great. The networking of various PMS is so important in order to be able to maintain an optimal overview. We dearly appreciate the fact, that HotelKIT is permanently growing and adopting. One can clearly tell, that they are couriosly observing the branch and procedures in order to present a best case software!
