What do you like most?
There is much to recommend rezStream, especially for smaller companies like us. The online booking engine is easy for guests to use, the reservation management system is consistent, the POS system is accurate and easy to use, the site speed is decent, the database is robust, and the website they created and maintain for us is good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have asked for two things for years: better reports and half day rental options for boats. Currently multiple reports are needed in order to balance books daily, especially for entities using check out as the revenue date, not daily. We have to open up 3-6 reports in order to balance our books in Quickbooks. And while they have an interface, we learned the hard way years ago that it doesn't work well, so we have to do a general journal that we manually input. We have to do some funky reservation work for boats so that we don't double book anyone since we offer half day rentals and half days aren't an option on the booking engine.
