What do you like most?
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we have worked with several property management systems, and Mews is one of the best I have used so far. It significantly reduces routine administrative tasks across departments, allowing teams to focus more on delivering excellent customer service and driving business improvements. One of the most impressive features of Mews is its user-friendly interface. Even team members with no previous experience of using a property management system find it easy to learn, with training and support helping them quickly understand how the system works. Overall, Mews is an excellent solution that improves operational efficiency, simplifies daily tasks and allows hospitality teams to focus on what matters most: the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The kiosk functionality is still quite basic, as it currently only supports table-based operations. Further development and improvements are needed to make it a fully independent kiosk that can operate more effectively without staff assistance.
