What do you like most?
The Folio is useful because we can follow the financial activity connected to each guest stay. It gives the operation and finance team a shared place to check charges instead of depending completely on separate records.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In Vietnam, invoicing has some specific local requirements, so the standard process does not cover every situation perfectly. More local options or integration with Vietnamese e-invoice systems would make the finance workflow much easier for us.
