Their customer support team is outstanding - always supportive and incredibly fast to respond whenever we need assistance. Furthermore, the system is flexible enough to be customized seamlessly, allowing us to maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be even better if non-room services and experience could be seamlessly integrated into a single platform alongside the Rooms Extranet. However, this is just a minor preference and a nice-to-have option; it completely does not disrupt daily operations at all and is purely a matter of added convenience.
